For several years (beginning in 1994), 'teams' from 'back home' churches and schools have flocked to Guatemala City to lend a hand to the activities at the Prince of Peace mission services. Visits have averaged one a month for some time and the help the teams have provided has been invaluable.
In 1997 the team house, a styrofoam structure, was donated and built as an experiment by an engineer from Delaware who wanted to see if it could be done in Guatemala. It was a challenge, but it worked and it continues to serve the mission well.

One of the team members shows off some art work the girls created.

The girls say thanks to a team from Richmond, KY.
