'Doctor Jim' normally treats patients at 2 locations: the main facility Clinica Esperanza on the Prince of Peace grounds, and a remote clinic, El Arado, approximately 1 hours drive from Guatemala City.   Also, in emergency situations, he has treated them in his home and other locations.

This, of course, is the main reason Doctor Hines gave up his lucrative practice in Texas and moved to Guatemala - to provide his God-given healing talents to people who would, in most cases,  leave this world way before their time.
